Refund policy

I don’t take refunds nor returns unless your product arrives broken. All my products are made to order which means I start making as soon I receive an order. I make it especially for you. If your shoe is broken, please notify me within 2 days (after the date of delivery confirmation) of receiving the item and include a picture of the broken item. I will be more than happy to replace it for the same item, same heel height, once. If I don’t receive a photo within the 2 days after the arrival date, I will not be able to replace the item or make any other arrangements. Return cost are on you. There are no replacements for broken pieces due to use.
